The Governing Body of Anugraha Drishtidaan has seven
distinguished persons from various fields like human
resource development, medical, legal, social
development and corporate management with the common
objective of reducing sufferings of people through their
active initiatives and participation.
We believe in giving the
maximum quality service to the society by reducing our
overhead and establishment expenditure .We work through the
dedicated volunteers and outsourcing the right type of
professionals. Our team is backed by the spiritual mission of
well being of people.
Affairs and activities of
Anugraha Drishtidaan are managed by the Governing Council
which is led by Dr. Jauhari Lal a distinguished Corporate
Leader. Other members are professionals in the field of
medicine , business , management , finance etc. Anugraha
Drishtidaan has also a team of advisers to advice and guide
from time to time. Most of the states where we function have
local officials and volunteers. We work tirelessly to achieve
our aims and objectives with the vision of ‘Enabling Right to
Sight’.
Dr.
Jauhri Lal
The
Founder President of Anugaraha Drishtidaan is a well
known personality with about 35 years of experience
in various capacities in premier organizations such as RBI,
NMDC, SAIL, NSIC, OIL, ONGC and Petrotech.
He served for 11 years as Director (Human Resources) on the Board
of ONGC Ltd. - a Fortune 500 Company and also the
highest profit making corporate of
India , for 3 years as Director (Personnel) on the
Board of
Oil India Ltd.- another petroleum PSU and was a member
for 4 terms on the Board of Standing Committee On
Public Enterprises.
He also served for 4 years as CEO & Secretary General of
Petortech a prestigious organization set up for the
promotion and development of
India’s oil sector. He was elected National President of
NIPM (National Institute of Personnel Management) twice
and is also a member of KVS (Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan)
and AICTE.
Presently, Dr. Jauhari Lal is engaged in a number of
professional, social
and charitable activities. He is a Member of National Advisory
Board of SPIC MACAY (Society for Promotion of Indian Classical
Music and Culture Amongst Youth ), President of
“Management & Leadership Development Center” and “Panchvati
Gurukul” at Rishikesh & Bhavishya Badri, a founder member of a
voluntary organization- “Him Jyoti Foundation”,
Dehradun, a founder member of “Petrotech Society”,
and also a Fellow of All India Management Association.
For his distinguished contribution in various fields , Dr Jauhari
Lal has been a recipient of various citations
and prestigious awards .

Anugraha Drishtidaan intensified its
activities since 2003.
It has organized,in less than five years, 166 eye
screening and cataract operation camps in the following states
-
Andhra Pradesh,Assam, Delhi,Gujarat,Jharhand,Maharashtra,Uttar
Pradesh,Uttrakhand ,Tamil Nadu and Nagaland.
